In 2022-2023 at Zynga, I pitched for us to swap a lot of our 3d models to Spine for unity.
The benefit being performance on device, and massive file size reductions.

For scenes work I also pitched and integrated unity timeline, so that we can have an easier time syncing animations, audio , vfx!

While doing so I did performance testing, library integration, initial implementation.
We didn’t have art resources for a while, so for 8 months I also rigged and animated the art.
And integrated it both on the gameboard and in cutscenes.
